14th of August was a strange day, nevertheless the best of the entire year! The email confirmation of the place for a Mathematics and Computer Science course at  Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine from London (Faculty of Engineering, Computing Department) really made my day. I suddenly found myself reading the short lines over and over again and I couldn’t stop shaking as I was trying to reach a friend on the phone to tell her the thing that had just happened to me.

Eventually, now I can say that I’m off to London. October is near and I should start making lists [once again my favorite thing in life], I should book a flight and take a train to Piatra Neamt and see my beloved cousin for the last time this summer.

There are so many things to be done this month, the LicArt final competition will be held at the beginning of September in Bucharest, and I have so many photo sessions and a whole book to illustrate, and novels are waiting to be read, and songs to be listened and friends to be hugged.

I can’t wait to do all that and even more. Wake me up when September ends, but wake me up to another dream.
