Last Thursday it was my Mum’s Birthday, the only thing I would have regretted if I’d been away from home for more. I decided to surprise her and what’s a better surprise than an Andreea that actually cooks? It’s a known fact that I don’t even make salad, but just buy the vegetables and eat them separately. Even the ones on which it says “stir fry”. If already made Sainsburys carrot soup counts (hey, I have to microwave it at least!) then yes, I am the best cook ever!
However, this week I made not one, but two cakes, cause after my first cake’s success, I was persuaded to make another one for my relatives. (More photos can be found here. )
